On 21 August 2026, the BCL published its 2026 Financial Stability Review, assessing systemic risks across the banking, investment fund and insurance sectors. While the review does not create new regulatory obligations, it signals areas where vulnerabilities are building and is likely to inform future supervisory priorities.
